CaPIC History
Control and Process Instrumentation Contractors (CaPIC), Inc. was established in
January, 1994, to provide complete process control instrumentation services to a
variety of industries, including water/wastewater, refining, metals,
petro-chemical, manufacturing, pulp/paper, and power. To that end, CaPIC is
structured as a multi-functional company that encompasses a wide range of
instrumentation services for industries

utilizing electronic, pneumatic, or
computer-based process control instrumentation. CaPIC provides industrial
instrumentation installation contracting services, project management/consulting
services, bench and field calibration services, loop testing and commissioning
start-up services, and periodic contract maintenance services.

Our goal is to continually expand and diversify both technically and geographically while maintaining an uncompromising standard of high-quality, cost effective, ethical service for our customers. We are able to furnish the support necessary through all stages of a project, from the early stage of construction to commercial operation. Our services range from assistance with complex instrumentation maintenance problems to simply supplying information to help with any project. Employee Guarantee
CaPIC utilizes local IBEW and UA Pipefitter union personnel for all electrical and mechanical installation projects. In addition, CaPIC draws from a network of instrumentation specialists throughout the country for calibration, loop check/start-up and maintenance projects. Project supervisors are assigned to projects based on their experience in the specific industry or discipline required. Many technicians and craftpersons used to staff our projects have either worked with us on prior projects or are referred to us by those with whom we have worked. We pride ourself on the ability and dedication of our employees and trust that our team approach to achieve project completion will meet customer technical, schedule, and financial goals.

Kelly M. Garrow - President
Kelly holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University. Prior to forming CaPIC, Kelly worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a Negotiations Specialist and Project Manager in the Instrumentation and Control Services group. Previously, she worked as a Business Development Sales Engineer for Tektronix, Inc. Kelly has experience in a variety of job capacities including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Management. She is dedicated to becoming one of the most successful female-owned companies in the Instrumentation Field.
Wayne M. Pigozzi - Vice President
Wayne brings over 35 years experience in the field of Process Control and Instrumentation to CaPIC. He has a fundamental and complete technical knowledge of the instrumentation field. Wayne has worked on projects for a variety of industries across the United States, and has built a reputation as a person who completes a job on time with a high degree of quality at a fair cost. It is this experience and reputation that distinguishes CaPIC, Inc. as a premier instrumentation services contractor.
